Service Overview

  • This model will include everything from the LOD-1 SD model, plus items listed herein. 
  • Rooms and Room tags.
  • Walls will include interior and Exterior finishes, but no custom ledges, trim, baseboard, or molding will be modeled. Doors and Windows will be the correct type i.e., Double Hung, Casement, etc. but actual Rough opening dimensions will not match manufacturer specifications.  
  • Basic Kitchen and Bathroom fixture layouts will be included.  
  • Floor and Roof Systems will include the finish layers e.g., Roof/Floor Sheathing and Asphalt Shingles, etc.
  • Stairs and Railings will be depicted with the correct framing type i.e., Saddled, Housed, etc.
  • Completely Dimensioned Floor Plan(s), Roof Plan, Elevations and one Section through a major building element i.e., Stairwell.  
  • Doors and Windows will be tagged
  • Roof Plan and Elevation sheets and views will be created.  
  • The Goal of this deliverable is to provide material schedules for Geometric take offs.
